Shipping policy

Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping charges are not included in our pricing, but are added to most items upon check out. 

Special Shipping 

Large, heavy, and/or fragile pieces require special shipping and will be noted in the item listing. Purchasers will not be billed for shipping at check out. After receiving the order, Saskatchewan Craft Council staff will make a custom box for the artwork and contact the purchaser with quotes for shipping options and prices. Cost of shipping must be covered by purchaser before item will be shipped.

Gallery Exhibition pieces

Works of art in these programs are available through this online store. These pieces often require special packaging and shipping processes, so shipping will not be billed at time of purchase. (The program may say "free shipping", but this is not the case. It only means that shipping isn't charged at the time of purchase.)

SCC staff will contact you within four business days via telephone or email to confirm shipping instructions and billing. Your order will not be shipped until you have paid the shipping fee.

Exhibitions pieces are not available until the exhibition has finished. Please check the product description for more details. When your item becomes available, you will be contacted to confirm pick up or arrange delivery and provide a shipping estimate at that time.

Care and attention

Rest assured that we will package your purchase with the utmost care and attention, and with a view of keeping your shipping as cost effective as possible. Size, weight and packaging affect the price of shipping. All sizes quoted are approximate.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within the time indicated. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays of our shipping partners. We will do our best to notify users if delivery is delayed. All items are delivered by a third party, and delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. 

We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.
